Cancellation and Return Policy

Nordian must be informed that you would like to cancel the purchase within 14 days after you received the goods. Thereafter the goods must be returned within 14 days.

The goods must be unopened and in re-selling condition with plastic wrapping intact when received by the sender. We will refund the amount you have paid for the goods only. The shipping-, handing-, and money transfer fees are non-refundable. In addition all return cost, including shipping, handling and taxes (if required) must be covered by the customer.

Nordian is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur in your country. Nordian can’t be hold responsible for delivery time if package is held by Customs and awaiting clearance.

It is strongly recommended that the goods are returned by courier and not by postal service without tracking as the customer is responsible for the goods until received by the sender.
